To register and use micky88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. micky88 does not permit access by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account only at micky88. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or IP address is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Micky88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad) or passport and proof of current address.
• Accounts registered using false or incomplete information will be closed and all funds held within may be forfeited.

Micky88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
• Micky88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 per day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified member. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Micky88 does not cover any transaction fees charged by banks or e-wallet providers.

Micky88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• 100% Welcome Bonus: Awarded to new members on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM 500. A 15x rollover requirement on the bonus amount applies within 30 calendar days.
• 8% Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period (Monday–Sunday). Credited every Monday before 12:00 PM. No rollover requirement.
• Sports Rebate 1.2%: Calculated based on total sports betting turnover for the relevant week, credited every Wednesday with no rollover requirement.

All bets and games on the micky88 platform are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under specifically stated circumstances (e.g., a match is cancelled before it begins).
• For football betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, and other leagues) as well as other sports, official results from the relevant sporting regulatory body will be used to determine bet outcomes.
• For Live Casino games, results determined by the live dealer are final. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of the gaming session ending.

• Not using the micky88 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financial fraud in any form.

Micky88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions, including opening multiple accounts or colluding with other members to manipulate the system.
• Use of false information or falsified verification documents.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified due to failure to complete the KYC process.
• Member's own decision — you may close your account at any time by contacting the micky88 support team.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, micky88 reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances in the account including cash, bonuses, and pending winnings.

If you voluntarily close your account and there is a valid remaining balance, the withdrawal will be processed within 3–5 business days following the required identity verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, micky88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses you incur as a result of using our platform, unless such losses are directly caused by proven negligence on the part of micky88.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party failures, including internet service providers, e-wallet providers, or payment system outages.

Under no circumstances shall micky88's maximum liability to any member exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Micky88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via your registered email or through an announcement on the micky88 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the micky88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions, and all disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any conflict with versions in other languages (if any), the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
